The villa offers air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom, as well as 2 fans for your comfort. Located in a quiet area and surrounded by residential areas and independent villas, the property has an exterior entrance where you can park a vehicle. The large terraces are ideal for relaxing outdoors. The private pool, facing south and with a maximum depth of 2.5 meters, is surrounded by a garden that guarantees privacy.
On the upper floor of the house there is a solarium terrace with stunning views of the sea and the mountains. The interior of the house includes a spacious living room with a fireplace, a separate dining area and a large fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, Tassimo and filter coffee maker, iron and ironing board, among others.
