The area has all the necessary services: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, gas stations, etc. The Carvajal train station is also very close. Situated on a hill with excellent views, it is just 200 meters from the beach; which can be accessed by road or pedestrian access.

It is located very close to the marinas of Benalmádena and Fuengirola, excellent beaches, viewpoints, shopping centers, and all kinds of interesting activities. The city of Málaga and its airport are just a 20-minute drive away. Malaga airport is 23 km driving. Marbella, the village, beach and malls are 37 km drive. The apartment is 200m from the beach. Easy to access from a path next to the main road.
